Our staff undergo a comprehensive basic training in industrial and commercial security. They go
through regular refresher training classes to keep their knowledge up to date.
The Guards go throught the following training sessions:

INDUCTION PROGRAMME: All Guards are trained with an
aptitude for PR, courtesy and smartness. They go through an extensive programme with certified instructors with each officer candidate doing role plays and scenario training. The course covers:
- Legal guidelines
- Public safety
- Bomb recognition

- PR & communications
- CPR and First Aid

MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING: Security guards under all category go through training in Martial Arts, to ensure
discipline and technique to combat crime, vandalism and other violent acts |

FIRE ARMS TRAINING: Security guards under the category Special Task Forces have under gone training in fire arms. All staff under this category have passed out of the Ministyr of Interior training exam. |

MANAGEMENT REFRESHERS: All Management and supervisory Operations staff go through regular
freshers on new security technology to ensure that they are up-to date with the business. |
